Chefs on the foodom platform are required to have a background check, and must use legal names with verifying documents to support legal names.
The full use of just alias or nicknames cannot be used as a Foodom Directory name unless they can be supported with a legal identification document.
You can request to have a nickname or preference name "hyphenated" into your directory name if it is something you like to be called professionally. Eg. Alberto- "Tito" Fuentes.
It is important that the name you provide during your background search is used in some form on the directory for legal identification concerns.
