Chefs expect a clean and tidy kitchen work space to make their work efficient and professional. Make sure to tidy up before their arrival so it’s ready for them to start cooking when they arrive. If the kitchen is messy and the chef needs to clean it before, make sure to ask for the pre-cooking cleaning service ($35 for up to 30 minutes of cleaning). If you didn’t order the pre-cooking cleaning service and the chef doesn’t have enough time to clean until their next cooking job, they will take pictures of the kitchen and leave without cooking, you will not be refunded. Please note that chefs review clients after a completed transaction and other chefs can see the reviews. This is one of their considerations when deciding if they want to approve the order.
