How should I prepare my kitchen for the chef?

In order to make the best of your chef's time and to have a successful cooking experience, we recommend the following:

  1. Clear the counters of any unnecessary items. 
  2. Wash any dirty dishes and clean the sink.
  3. Clear space in your refrigerator to make room for all the delicious food the chef will be preparing for you.
  4. Place the non-refrigerated ingredients on the countertop, as well as any dishes, pots and pans the chef will need (each dish will specify the equipment needed), plus any food storage containers you'd like the chef to use.
