Your safety is our top priority. All of the chefs on the Foodom platform have been carefully vetted by our team, and have food handling and food safety certification. They go through a detailed screening process, including ID and criminal background checks and they have general liability insurance.
All the chefs are local to your area, and many live in your community. Some have their own personal chef businesses or work at local restaurants and businesses.
Our customer and chef support is available 7 days a week for emergencies, and from 8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday, excluding some holidays. To ensure the highest quality service and satisfaction for our customers and chefs, we strongly encourage all Foodom users to only work through the Foodom platform.
