What is the cancellation policy?

We are sorry to hear you wish to cancel your order but understand that from time to time, things arise and you may have to change your plans. 


Refunds policy:

  • Cancellation initiated 72 hours prior to the appointment qualifies for refunds.
  • Chef-approved orders are non-refundable within 72 hours.
  • If the appointment was not approved by a chef, orders are refundable within 72 hours.


Cancellation fees:

  • Service fees are non-refundable, and a 5% cancellation fee applies to refunds.
  • No service fees are applied if you chose store credit or if you chose to keep the appointment and find another date and/or another chef.


You can cancel your order by clicking on the "Submit a cancelation ticket" link below, or by starting a ticket on the top of this page and selecting ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST. You will then receive a message confirming your cancellation.
